⚙️ Conversion Options

Location Types

Select which location types to export

All Types: Exports every location flagged as shipper, consignee, or bill-to. This is the most comprehensive option and recommended for a full CLI import.

Combined Output

Generate single CSV for all location types (instead of separate files)

📋 Include Self-Referencing Billing Files

Generates an additional copy of each CSV where blank Charge Customer, Mail Customer, Stats Customer, and Rate Customer fields are filled with the customer's own Cust# (location code). The original files with blanks are always included. Useful when CLI requires these fields to contain valid customer codes.

Ignore Contact Type Flags

Use first contact per location regardless of type flags

🧠 Intelligent Bill-To Assignment

⚠️ WARNING: Takes 5-10 minutes for large datasets. Analyzes shipments per location to determine charge customer

Confidence Threshold

Minimum % of shipments with same bill-to (70% recommended)

Minimum Shipments

Minimum historical shipments required (5 recommended)

📅 Shipment Date Cutoff

Only analyze shipments from this date forward. Leave blank to use all historical data. Newer cutoff = faster but less data.

🔢 Max Shipments Per Location

How many recent shipments to analyze per customer (default 25). Lower = faster but less thorough.

⏱️ Performance Tips

Quick scan: Set date cutoff to last 6 months + max 10 shipments (fastest, ~1-2 min)
Balanced: No date cutoff + 25 shipments per location (default, ~5-10 min)
Thorough: No date cutoff + 100+ shipments per location (slowest, most accurate)
